Eucharist and Imposition of Ashes 10 am

Ash Wednesday, 18 February, marks the beginning of the holy season of Lent. As ashes are traced on our foreheads, we are reminded of our human frailty and our constant need for God’s mercy: “Remember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return.” These words are not meant to discourage us, but to call us back to what truly matters.

By keeping a holy Lent, we prepare our hearts to rejoice more deeply in the resurrection at Easter and the promise of God’s enduring love.
