Praise, Prayer and Pancakes

Join us for Pancakes on Shrove Tuesday! Commencing with a short Service of Praise and Prayer at 5.30 pm, followed by pancakes and fellowship. There will be a donation point by the door if you would like to contribute. All Welcome.

Shrove Tuesday is observed the day before Ash Wednesday, marking the final day before the season of Lent begins. Shrove Tuesday is celebrated by eating rich foods such as pancakes, doughnuts, or pastries, using up ingredients like eggs, milk, and sugar before fasting.
